For the Sept. price, the hospitality was not bad but the room was FILTHY. There was a 3 foot wide stain right in the middle of the room and I needed to remove the bathroom fan vent to personally remove at least half a pound of accumilated filth. Bottom line, I would pay more for a hotel room if the rooms were maintained better than motels - at a minimum.
