Las Vegas - Harrah's Las Vegas Casino & Hotel: "Great hotel, casino and location"
Reviewer: Steve Tiernan, East Providence, R.I.

Just returned from our fourth annual trip to Vegas. Stayed at Harrahs for first time and would stay again. (have stayed at Flamingo, Excalibur and Bally's) The staff is very friendly and courteuos. Check in and check out was fast and friendly. Good casino tables ($5 min blackjack) with friendly and helpful dealers and fast waitresses. Room was clean, quiet and neat but a little smaller than others we've stayed in. Only bad thing.. terrible water pressure, a slow drip, but HOT water with nice towels. Carnival Court is definetly a highlight and central location is also a plus. We ate half our meals at the very good and reasonably priced buffet. Overall a fun, clean place in a great spot. Next door at Casino Royal you get cheap beer ($1) and craps. Would surely stay there again.

Las Vegas - Harrah's Las Vegas Casino & Hotel: "Loved Harrah's"

Hadn't been to Las Vegas in 20 years. The rooms were big and clean and the staff was excellent! The check in and check out were the fasted we ever had. Harrah's is right across from the Mirage. We didn't gamble much, but came out $200.00 ahead on the slots. Carnavel Court is the best if you like to party. We went with 2 other couples. One stayed at Circus Circus and that end of the strip is bad news. The other couple stayed at Barbary Coast and their room was dark and small. They couldn't even get drinks while playing slots unless they were sitting down and then they brought them in plastic cups. Harrah's was always on top of things. When I played slots my husband was watching and they brought both of us drinks. The drinks are strong! We will definetly go back to Harrah's again next year! Can't beat the location, friendly staff, great rooms and good food.

My best friend and I stay at Harrahs every year when we make our annual trek to Vegas, this year will be no exception, (we leave in 3 weeks). One of the things we always look forward to is the wonderful treatment we recieve while staying at Harrah's. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. But aside from the gambling, the main thing we look forward to is going to Carnival Court, we've been planning since last October for our return this year. Now the anticipation is killing us both. Hang on guys, we'll be there soon!

Las Vegas - Harrah's Las Vegas Casino & Hotel: "Carnaval Court is the best bar in Vegas"
Reviewer: Las Vegas visitor, Bangor, ME

Went to Vegas for the first time in June, 2003 and stayed at Harrah's. The location is excellent, center strip across from Caesar's Palace and close to Treasure Island, Mirage, Venetian, Flamingo, etc. The pool area is somewhat small and we were disappointed that they closed it down to guests for a "private party" on the Saturday afternoon we were there. However, the Carnaval Court lounge/bar area more than made up for any deficiencies the resort has. The flair bartenders are so friendly and entertaining, and the live bands play excellent dance music with great talent. We went to this bar every night for a week and found it to be a better time than places like Coyote Ugly at NY, NY and Rain at the Palms, and most of the time there is no cover charge, unlike other places. Liked it so much we went back two months later and stayed next door at Imperial Palace when we found out Harrah's was booked just so we would be close enough to spend most of our time at Harrah's again.

Las Vegas - Harrah's Las Vegas Casino & Hotel: "A nice place to stay"
Reviewer: Las Vegas visitor, Northern Indiana

We stayed at Harrah's in mid-July, 2003 (I wouldn't recommend GOING to Vegas in July... it was beyond HOT with temps averaging 114). The hotel and casino was nicely decorated, very clean. Comfortable room with a good-sized bathroom and adequate storage space. TV channels were very sparse. The pool and pool area is WAY too small for the number of guests it needs to accomodate. If you don't arrive at the pool right when it opens, good luck finding a lounge chair. Also, the music is blasting at the pool area, making conversation difficult. Slots were pretty tight. This resort is in an excellent location on the strip, so access to other hotels/casinos is superb.
